  • Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Professional Registration or actively seeking registration
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Sketch-Up

Job description:

We are currently seeking talented Architectural Designers, Architects and Project Managers to join our growing team. These positions will offer the qualified candidates with consistent growth potential and professional advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • The hired candidate will be responsible for designing and managing the overall project design and development process to ensure that construction documents conform with Scope AC's agreement with the client.
  • Be part of a multi-discipline project team of architects, designers, and engineers.
  • Lead project programming, planning, design, development, review, and coordination of contract documents and specifications, coordination of consultants, and administration of construction contracts.
  • Lead workload projections, manpower scheduling, and manage project profitability.
  • Lead and mentor junior architectural staff with all aspects of project design and delivery.
  • Assists in preparing and participating or leading project presentations.
  • Communicate with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other disciplines to ensure effective project coordination.
  • Monitor construction administration, attend site visits and O/A/C meetings and coordinate the review and approval of submittals, Applications for Payment and timely responses to RFI's .
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and code officials.
