Salary: $55,000-110,000

Summary

Primarily responsible for the architectural planning, design, and oversight of various construction projects, ensuring collaboration and adherence to plan specifications for successful project completion.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education Bachelors degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related area; Masters degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in architectural design, engineering, or similar role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good understanding of architectural principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
• Proficiency in architectural software and tools.
• Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Effective communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Essential Functions

• Develop and finalize architectural designs and plans for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with construction professionals and other engineers to implement designs.
• Conduct site visits to oversee and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
• Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
