Work hours: 3:00 PM -1:00 AM; M-TH

Requirements:

• High School Diploma 
• 2 years of RECENT medical device assembly experience is a must! Old experience will NOT be considered.
• Good longevity is a MUST! Job hoppers will be rejected. No less than 2 years per employer if at all possible.
• If no medical device - the assembly experience must be really strong. MUST be well-versed in building and putting things together, not just operating machines or doing warehouse work.
• Resumes should have a detailed job description. He actually reads the bullet points. If it's not well-written, and if the bullet points do not say anything about assembly work, the candidate WILL be rejected.
• Knowing what the job is about
• Being able to stand all day
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible for OT and working Saturdays when needed

Duties

• Assembles medical devices and related components.
• Depending on the work area, it may be a controlled cleanroom environment.
• May include use of microscopes, use of hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and operating various equipment.
• Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures.
• Work is closely and continually reviewed.
• Performs visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
• Performs tests on units using computerized test equipment.
• Repairs and corrects devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.
• Packages ensure all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.
