Your role as a BCBA at Cornerstone:
Candidates will have an active BCBA certification, and several years' experience working with children with autism of a variety of ages and functioning levels. In this role you will be expected to:
• Complete clinical assessments using a variety of tools to accurately assess your clients' strengths and deficits to develop and update a comprehensive Treatment Plan.
• Provide day-to-day case management for your clients, including developing goals, monitoring progress, and revising as appropriate to continue forward momentum.
• Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Actively lead and support your dedicated team of RBTs. Provide direct observation and supervision of program implementation.
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded clinicians dedicated to maximizing the potential of our clients.
• Provide family guidance in the form of parent meetings to support and educate them on their child's progress and provide training on techniques that can be used at home.
• Provide transition and discharge planning for clients leaving your care.

Compensation will be competitive, based on experience.
