Prior or current experience with mental/behavioral health populations Prior experience completing electronic documentation Prior case management experience and experience working in a program with strict and multiple contractual requirements is a plus Critical thinking skills Ability to effectively use clinical judgment Ability to learn in-person, through a written format and virtually Have above average technology skills Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously A good working knowledge and understanding of issues related to the elderly population. Knowledge of community resources within Southwestern Ohio. Good oral and written communication skills A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel and conducting home visits and attending trainings Proficient computer skills including the Windows operating systems, MS Word, MS Excel, data entry and the ability to learn new software applications as needed Council on Aging is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
