About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead the alignment of all revenue-generating functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and must have a proven track record of at least 15 years in sales leadership, encompassing sales, marketing, and revenue generation. Experience in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in the context of access control, card readers, mobile applications, and smart cards, is highly valued. The CRO will be tasked with building and leading a cross-functional team to meet a significant revenue target, and as such, experience in team development and leadership is essential. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should be adept at developing comprehensive revenue strategies, conducting market analysis, and optimizing sales channels to ensure sustainable growth. The role requires a candidate who is successful in driving revenue and is capable of leading a team to achieve a $75M revenue target. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategies and be able to demonstrate a history of success in this area. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Denver area, and will involve approximately 60% travel. The CRO will play a pivotal role in the organization, with a focus on long-term employment and career advancement.
