We are looking for career superintendents for our projects in Colorado. Must be willing to travel to various projects as the need arises. Extensive experience with varying project scopes and sizes, with a heavy concentration in big-box retail, grocery, restaurants, industrial, open-store remodels, and entertainment markets. Experience with Kroger, The Home Depot, or Walmart projects is a plus.

Role Overview:
The Commercial Construction Superintendent is responsible for all activities at the construction site. Provides a safe working environment for all personnel, maintains an appropriate schedule, and ensures the project stays within budget. This position will work closely with the project management team, field engineers, skilled craft employees, and subcontractors. We seek experience with varying project scopes and sizes, concentrating on new construction of big-box retail, open-store remodels, grocery, restaurants, and industrial and entertainment markets. The traveling commercial construction superintendent oversees all on-site management and works with Project Managers as the point person on each job site.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, implement, and coordinate projects with subcontractors and clients.
Familiarity with contracts, blueprint reading, specifications, construction methods, and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Blue Beam, MS Excel, Procore, and equivalent construction programs.
Self-starter, assertive, organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Mandatory Requirements:
Proficient in construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean DMV report.
Willingness to travel .
Experience:
5+ years in Commercial Construction.
3-5 years in a general construction supervision role.
License/Certification
Driver's License (Required)
First Aid Certification (Preferred)
OSHA 30 (Preferred)
Compensation : $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 DOE plus additional benefits.
