Responsible for preparing patients and assisting physicians with cardiac catheterization procedures such as coronary angiograms, angioplasty, and stents. Integrates with physicians and nurses, and has responsibility for emergency call.
Principal Accountabilities: 1. Prepares procedure room and scrubs/assist MD during cardiac catheterization and interventions including stent placements, balloon angioplasties, heart valve replacements, and/or EP procedures
Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Professional Certification (BLS)
3. RCIS/RCES OR Licensed RT (ARRT certification) with invasive experience
