See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly talented individual to lead the development of Fathom e-power digital platform, a leading auxiliary lithium-ion power management system for the marine, RV, and specialty vehicle industries. As a Power Digital Experience & Service Owner, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a bold vision for a platform that empowers users to control, consult, and monitor power management systems on luxury marine and RV vehicles. You will collaborate seamlessly with top-tier marketers, engineers, designers, and developers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Leveraging your deep understanding of consumer behavior and the automotive and smart home landscape, you will deliver exceptional user experiences. You will also partner with our service team to ensure seamless integration and support of our full power system offering. Ultimately, you will build a powerful, full-featured power system control solution that solidifies our market leadership. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver. Essential Functions: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. Lead the development of the Fathom e-power digital platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support. Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless integration for full system support. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field 3 -5+ years of experience in category, market or product owner or related field Proven experience in product management, with a focus on digital solutions. Ability to drive innovation and strategic thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of the marine and RV industries Knowledge of power systems and technology. Working Conditions: Office work environment; hybrid work schedule Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time The anticipated pay range for this position is $80,600 - $134,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
