Insight Global is seeking a Disaster Recovery Analyst to ensure the resiliency of systems by mitigating disaster risks from cyber-attacks, hardware failures, data center catastrophes, and more. The Disaster Recovery (DR) Program is a key function of the IT group, responsible for the alignment of application recovery capabilities to business continuity objectives. This candidate will bring experience writing and reviewing recovery plans to help IT Application Owners publish plans that are clear, concise, and effective. An understanding of IT systems, networks, and cloud services is a requirement. You will be a member of a 2-person team, reporting to the Disaster Recovery Program Manager and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for building relationships and collaboration. The Compensation Range for this position is anywhere from $40-$50/hr based on years of experience and will be Hybrid remote with upwards of 3 days a week onsite in Downtown Boston.
