Overview **Travel at times between Ottawa and Peru** POSITION SUMMARY: The EKG Technician attaches patients to electrocardiograph machines and/or heart monitors to record electrocardiograms for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating heart disorders/disease. Explains procedures to patients, attaches electrode leads, monitors patients and strips during tests, and stores results for review by cardiologist.
