About the Role: As an Event Coordinator at Elite Branding, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our brand’s goals and values. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that each event is a success from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
  • Oversee the creation of event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all events are executed smoothly, addressing any issues that arise in real-time.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
