Executive Assistant

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Executive & CFO Support

• Provide direct support to the CFO, ensuring smooth coordination of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze and interpret financial data and key business trends, providing insights that aid in decision-making.
• Assist in financial reporting, preparing summaries and presentations
• Review financial documents, contracts, and reports
• Manage confidential financial information, ensuring data accuracy and security.

General Executive Assistance

• Collaborate with executive management and directors to ensure key tasks and responses are completed with high quality and efficiency.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules to support company initiatives.
• Coordinate and maintain the Executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Act as a key liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
• Oversee organizational priorities, helping drive company-wide initiatives.
• Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication from senior management.
