Job Title: Field Inspector

Job Description: We are seeking a Field Inspector to join our team. This role involves conducting

thorough inspections of insurance claims to assess eligibility for coverage. The Field Inspector will

report directly to the Field Team Manager and will play a key role in the insurance claims process by

serving as the primary advocate on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Advocacy: Advocate for homeowners by ensuring that all damages are accurately

documented and reported, helping them secure full coverage from their insurance carriers.

Negotiation: Represent homeowners in discussions with insurance companies, ensuring fair

and comprehensive coverage through assertive and effective negotiation.

Detailed Inspections: Perform comprehensive field inspections of roofing and siding,

meticulously assessing damage and documenting findings to support insurance claims.

Report Preparation: Compile clear and precise inspection reports, detailing the condition of

structures and noting any damages that align with insurance claims.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Resolutions Department to provide necessary

documentation for claims processing. Assist in the settlement of claims by furnishing

detailed evidence from field assessments.

Other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently across diverse work environments.

Willingness to conduct negotiations with third parties to achieve desired results for clients.

Persuasive communication skills to effectively advocate and negotiate for homeowners'

claims.

Familiarity with digital reporting tools and mobile technology for report submission.

Compensation:

Commission-based pay with on-target earnings of $100k+ based on performance, with

potential for higher earnings based on individual success and company growth.
