The suitable candidate will be a visionary HR leader with exceptional influencing skills, able to partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the organization's future. They will possess expertise in developing and executing impactful HR strategies, leading cross-cultural teams, and fostering inclusivity, with a proven ability to drive organizational change and transformation. Extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive talent programmes, including management trainee programmes, graduate development initiatives, and leadership development pipelines. A strong track record in learning and development, having created and delivered training programs that enhance organisational capability, drive cultural transformation, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Proven success in senior talent pipelining, having identified, attracted, and developed high-potential leaders to drive business growth and succession planning.
