Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and interpret infection data to drive improvements in care

- Ensure staff adhere to infection prevention protocols and proper PPE usage

- Educate staff on infection control and wound care best practices

- Act as a resource for departments, offering guidance on infection and wound management

- Implement safety measures and advise on policy development

- Maintain compliance with infection control regulations and standards

- Report infection data internally and externally to promote transparency and adherence to guidelines

What You Need to Succeed:

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin

- Preferred experience in infection control

- Wound Care certification required
