Job Description

Position Title: B.I. Database Engineer

Reports To: Business Intelligence Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain data integration solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Write advanced T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and queries.
• Create and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes.
• Lead data conversions during acquisitions.
• Provide Level III user support by resolving database-related help desk tickets.
• Leverage APIs for internal and external data communication.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain database performance and integrity.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in T-SQL and SQL Server tools.
• Experience with indexes, integrity checks, patching, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of data flow between systems and API usage.
• 3+ years of relevant experience

Other Requirements:

• Must exhibit professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
• Technical certifications in data engineering are a plus but not required.
