Light Industrial Assembler $18-22 an hour!

Job Description

We are a global leader in copper and copper alloy manufacturing, processing, and distribution. Our large product and service portfolio includes power, automotive, ammunition, coinage, construction materials, refrigeration, electronics, and many other industries. Our Delaware location is in growth mode and looking to ramp up production. We have several Assembler positions available for our 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow production orders, company procedures, and directions from the supervisor to prepare parts and assemble components into assemblies.
• Perform assembly operations using power tools or specialized equipment to produce pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
• Prepare parts for assembly by grinding, blasting, and cutting metals.
• Execute assembly in accordance with company procedures and documents while meeting defined quality and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment in proper functioning status by applying preventative maintenance as per instructions.
• Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
