Job Description

Our client, a real estate investment company in Santa Monica, CA is looking for a temporary Office Operations Assistant to join their busy team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the first point of contact for guests, clients, and team members, the Office Operations Assistant plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations and overall experience of the office.
  • Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and serve as a welcoming face for the office
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting setups
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Maintain office and kitchen tidiness, stock snacks, drinks, and supplies
  • Place weekly lunch and catering orders for meetings and staff events
  • Support with admin tasks: filing, data entry, document prep, and invoice tracking
  • Assist HR and Ops with interview scheduling, onboarding, and new hire support
  • Oversee security protocols, guest access, and parking validations
  • Liaise with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and general office upkeep
  • Take on special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed

Role Details:

  • Hourly Pay: $28-$32/hour (depending on experience)
  • Perm Salary Range: $60,000-$79,000 (DOE)
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday | Onsite, 5 days/week
  • Location: Santa Monica, CA
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 2-6 months, with potential for perm
