Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated HR professional to provide general HR support for our growing team based in the Owings Mills/Reisterstown area. Reporting to the Human Resources Generalist, this role is a critical element for the future success of our organization - you will wear many hats and will have direct visibility to leaders and staff across the entire organization. You will coordinate several specific HR processes across the full employee life cycle.

As the Coordinator, you will spend most of your time supporting recruiting efforts, on-boarding, orientation, wellness, associate engagement, training events, and assisting with strategic projects as needed.
  • Work directly with and report to the human resources generalist regarding all HR endeavors
  • Assist in the full cycle recruitment process to include, setting up interviews, verifying work-history and references
  • Help with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons
  • Organize, maintain, and update employee UKG-HRIS information as needed
  • Engage in and help facilitate HR and Company Wellness initiatives
  • Assist Generalist with Training & Development program by scheduling, communicating, tracking, and setting up training events
  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, coordinating meetings and overseeing project schedules
  • Maintain and update company records and databases
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator/ Office Coordinator or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint) and other office tools
