SUMMARY: To provide support in bagging line operations specific to preparing, stacking boxes to designated pallet, ensuring labels are correct and pallet is placed in the correct location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action.

• Communicate effectively, exchange information with supervisors, package operators, and forklift operators
• Ensure workstation is set up for packaging, clean and sanitized, observe and report product defects, verify correct product specification, ensure correct labels.
• Palletize boxes according to customer specifications, ensure adequate pallets are available, change labels, tape or secure box lids, monitor, observe and report foreign material.
• Ensure work area is clean, pick up debris, sweep and clean as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist team members as needed.
• Follow proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, HAZCOM, chemical safety, wear required personal protective equipment, report unsafe conditions/acts to a supervisor, follow all safety rules and regulations.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, reach, feel objects, tools, or controls. Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk, hear, taste or smell.
• Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for paperwork, driving and reading specifications, distance vision to drive the forklift, color vision to check product color and identify packaging color differences.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be exposed to extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
