Patient Care Coordinator Job Description

The ideal candidate for this full-time position:

• Must live within a 15-mile radius of Westwood.
• Works accurately and efficiently.
• Has experience with EMR, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment.
• Provides empathetic and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must abide by HIPAA regulations at all times.

This high visibility position is crucial to the successful operation of the office.

Duties include:

• Pleasantly greet and register patients according to office protocols.
• Collaborate with the billing department to collect patient fees.
• Manage patient appointment schedule.
• Participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain clinic flow and adhere to schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
