Physical Therapist at Motion Physical Therapy Group summary:

As a Physical Therapist at Motion PT Group, you will provide individualized care to patients, focusing on pain management and mobility improvement. Salary:? $82,000 - $108,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Job Location: ?  521 Route 111, Hauppauge, NY (Suffolk County; outpatient clinic)

Sign-on bonuses available ?  

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will discuss schedule during interview.)

You’ll achieve success by: ???  

• Reviewing patients medical history? 

• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person

• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns? 

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients??with clear goals and expected outcomes  

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury?? 

• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed???

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state
• CPR and first aid certification required ?
• Must be familiar with treating outpatient orthopedic and return to sports cases
