We are looking for an individual who can learn more about our Founder and Company to share and promote with others.
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm * this is an on-site position*
Compensation : DOE, salary range can be discussed during interview process
Responsibilities Essential PR Duties and Responsibilities: •Develop, write and post press releases. Be and maintain expertise of public relations, rules and regulations, legal expertise
•Media pitching across all brands, arrange press events, make press announcements, solicit ideas for PR-related social content and emails
•Post press and media updates in EVEXIAS Online
•Ensure "As Seen In" logos and pages stay up to date and properly linked
•Help support crisis management in conjunction with leadership and legal teams as needed with industry shifts, optics with others, etc.
•While primary focus for this role is our founder, Terri DeNeui, (as Founder of EVEXIAS Health Solutions and creator of EvexiPEL and author of Hormone Havoc!), PR/media duties would extend to FKO Pharmacy Network, EVEXIAS Health Solutions and local ops for EVEXIAS Medical Centers

Essential Marketing Duties and Responsibilities: •Dedicated to EVEXIAS Medical Center marketing campaigns and strategy:
•Specials
•Email Marketing
•Website
•Patient Experience (user journey for acquiring new patient and patient retention/upsell)
•New products and services rollout and communications
•Patient testimonials specific to EMC
•Non-EVEXIAS products and services
•Social media content
•Blog ideas and review of content
•Savvy in building patient-facing marketing while learning and understanding the operations of our clinics and their products
•Understands the Hormone Havoc brand, audiences and how to leverage in content, PR, etc.
•Understands the Terri DeNeui brand and how that ties in to EVEXIAS/EvexiPEL and how to leverage that content/image for growth (social media, podcast, medical pitching, etc.)
•Willing to execute projects to completion, finding alternatives as events/changes occur
•Team member who partners well with other team members as peers and subordinates, fitting into the culture of the company
•Provide customers with an experience that will always be remembered
•Project a professional image through personal appearance, demeanor, and communication (verbal and written)
•Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment
•Execute and document new and existing patient communications using technologies provided by the Company
•Assist in managing updates, edits, reviews, and additions to marketing and patient databases as well as various website properties
•Suggest customer service improvements to company systems or processes
•Perform other duties as the company's needs change
Qualifications Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education/Experience High School Degree or higher. Experience required in the public relations campaigns and marketing roles outlined above. Associates or Bachelors degree in PR is a plus.
Language Ability Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents. Communicate with the general public verbally and in writing. Spanish speaking and writing a plus.
Math Ability Ability to work with and apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to data.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
Computer Skills Skilled in applications such as: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, HTML/CSS Knowledge, Email Platforms such as SendGrid and MailChimp.
