Job Description

When you join Verizon

Verizon is one of the world’s leading providers of technology and communications services, transforming the way we connect around the world. We’re a human network that reaches across the globe and works behind the scenes. We anticipate, lead, and believe that listening is where learning begins. In crisis and in celebration, we come together—lifting up our communities and striving to make an impact to move the world forward. If you’re fueled by purpose, and powered by persistence, explore a career with us. Here, you’ll discover the rigor it takes to make a difference and the fulfillment that comes with living the #NetworkLife.

What you’ll be doing...

Project manage vendors, host vendor calls, attend and report on PM calls, manage the budget, and manage all other aspects of the project to ensure total project success for cell site modification projects. Work with the Real Estate Specialists, SAC, A&E and law firms, and West Territory to obtain information needed for preparing and routing Deal Memo/Routing Document packages for signature. Communicate real estate project status updates to Network Team, Real Estate Manager, Site Acquisition Vendors, A&E and Law Firms. Update site databases (FUZE SPM, FUZE RE and any other required databases) with modification site development dates/milestones. Research, find, and provide documentation needed for projects by looking in online tools and applications. Providing back up to other team members as needed. Perform other special projects as assigned.

What we’re looking for...

An individual that has prior experience in managing wireless modification projects — organized, detail oriented, and efficient. You’ve got excellent negotiation skills, and can work effectively with a variety of partners, even in challenging situations. You’re driven to problem solve and overcome hurdles, and you approach every situation with a can-do, team player attitude.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Knowledge of wireless leasing and zoning

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Real estate background (ideally, in commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal).

This role is a Hybrid role. If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
