Senior HVAC Service Technician

• $35ph - $50ph

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety guidelines.
• Service, maintain, and repair a range of HVAC systems, including:
• Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
• Variable speed drives for pumps and air handlers
• Commercial hot-water heating systems (gas and electric)
• Computer-controlled and digital temperature systems
• HVAC equipment up to 100 tons
• Direct expansion AC units up to 5 tons
• Low-voltage temperature-control systems
• Conduct basic maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, such as boilers, air-handling, and duct systems.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to travel for job assignments; occasional overnight stays may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to company driving policies.

Education and Certifications:

• High school or trade school graduate or GED.
• Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card (Type I and Universal).
• Minimum of five years of commercial HVAC experience.
