Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Commercial Real Estate experience is required.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Significant experience in real estate accounting experience
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hands-on experience with accrual-based, monthly-close processes.
- Experience with real estate software like Yardi or MRI.
- Proficiency in real estate accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with lease accounting standards and regulations, particularly ASC 842.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Familiarity with tax compliance in the real estate industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with capital expenditure analysis and financial strategy in real estate.
