Job Description SIGINT Collection Analyst Curriculum Developer and Instructor This position requires an active
TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph clearance.
The SIGINT Collection Analyst Curriculum Developer is responsible for designing, writing and presenting TECH SIGINT course material related to the development of Army doctrine, TECH SIGINT doctrine, TTPs and policies. The role includes conducting original research in primary and secondary materials; designing curricula, texts, articles, and other published materials; presenting instruction; and conducting professional relations related to TECH SIGINT. Works under the direct supervision of local INSCOM Foundry Sites and technical control of the Foundry SIGINT Functional Lead who provides instructional objectives and deadlines and is available for advice and resolution of problems in unusual situations.
Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for
SIGINT Collection Analyst Curriculum Developer and Instructor : $113,000.00
Pay commensurate with experience.

SIGINT Collection Analyst Curriculum Developer and Instructor Responsibilities Include: - Support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) training integration during Home Station Training (HST) events.
- Proposed course outlines, reading selections, and aids may be reviewed by the supervisor for effectiveness and consistency with the objectives and intended coverage of the instructional material.
- Serves as a seminar leader/facilitator/instructor to deliver TECH SIGINT Courses at the master level.
- Inject appropriate lessons learned from current operations worldwide.
- Participate in operational training certification.
- Deliver TECH SIGINT collective training expertise and courseware plus applicable Distance Learning Courseware.
- Support event planning, preparations, execution, and After Action Reviews for TECH SIGINT Training components of the MI Training Standards (MITS) maturation and refinement that are synchronized with the Division G-2 and CEMA Section during planning events to assist with the integration of Electronic Warfare systems.
- Responsible for having knowledge of or becoming familiar with exercise design methodologies that replicate the contemporary operational environment.
- Provides professional planning, programming, and training management advice and guidance to other instructors on construction of tests.
- Set the example as a true professional in TECH SIGINT to the 35S students.
- Provides professional advice and guidance on training matters, evaluates and analyzes student training programs and makes final recommendations for solutions to problems associated with student training.
- Assess student performance: reads, analyzes, and critiques student assignments, including essays, case study reports, and papers.
- Assists students in the conduct of their research, assists in obtaining suitable reference materials, advises on research methodology, monitors progress in accordance with established milestones, critiques drafts, and evaluates finished written products and provides comprehensive feedback on student submissions.
- Ensures compliance with established procedures and limitations.
- Maintains contact with the Intelligence CoE at subject matter expert exchanges, paper presentations, and discussion seminars pertaining to incumbent's expertise.
- Reviews and provides input on applicable doctrine manuals.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SIGINT Collection Analyst Curriculum Developer and Instructor Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: - Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of TECH SIGINT Proponent training goals and programs to assure the proper planning and integration of operational TECH SIGINT training into the 35S Series Soldiers curriculum.
- Significant knowledge of course location site management policies, principles and techniques necessary to provide advice and assistance to the Intelligence and Fires COE DOTs.
- Ability to coordinate and interact with numerous activities and various echelons both within and outside the TRADOC.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently in program development and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of the implications and effects of TECH SIGINT development and implementation principles for other career field officers.
- Skill in integrating and coordinating program needs with available resources and with existing policies and regulations.
- Highly developed skills in oral communication and writing in order to evaluate student products, prepare instructional materials, write researched articles, communicate to the ICOE/CCOE/USAEWP/Ft Leavenworth/Ft Sill Staffs, communicate to TRADOC Service Schools and Centers, and with military and civilian managers.
- General knowledge of Army policy, doctrine, regulations, organizations, goals, objectives and procedures.
- Practical knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques of education and training in order to develop, present and evaluate curriculum.
- Demonstrated skill in a variety of instructional techniques, e.g., lecture, seminar, small group facilitation, programmed text, self-paced comprehensive, and multimedia supported.
- Knowledge of emerging adversary EMS threat systems and their impacts to our capabilities.
- Knowledge of Army Spectrum Management Operations to enable coordination between Foundry, Division G-2, Division G-39, and Division G-6 Spectrum Manager for the authorization to turn on/off TECH SIGINT systems
- Knowledge of the ICOE 35S/352S/35D TECH SIGINT curriculum.
- Ability to analyze course location program and statistical information to provide conclusive recommendations and interpretation for other related programs.
