We are seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update accounting records and files with attention to detail.
- Record transactions and categorize them in the general ledger (assets, liabilities, expenses).
- Reconcile bank statements and other general ledger accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits.
- Stay updated on accounting policies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (a plus).
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to enhance financial processes and reporting.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with 0-3 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
