This is a senior-level position that leads and manages the software testing efforts of an Agile Product Team

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Identify and report defects or issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.) to resolve them.
• Ensure thorough software testing that meets established quality standards.
• Mentor and coach junior testers, providing guidance on software testing best practices.
• Supervise and mentor subordinate project staff and team members.
• Leverage extensive experience in application and systems testing to guide testing strategies and team performance.

Education/Expereince:
BA/BS and 9 years

Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary Range:

• The salary range provided is an estimate based on current market conditions and may be adjusted based on years of experience, education, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be determined after a thorough review of your background and alignment with the role. Please note that this range is subject to change and should be viewed as a guideline. 

• For this position, the projected pay range is $90,000 to $220,000
