Job Description

Job Summary The Best Chevy is looking for a full-time valet to greet customers and valet their vehicles in a friendly and professional manner in the Hingham, Massachusetts area. This is a customer service-focused role with a salary of $18 per week, which will be paid weekly. Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $18 - $20 per week, paid weekly
• Other possible benefits: Sick time, vacation time, health insurance, 401K, and discounts

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Valet customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Provide customer assistance and answer any questions related to car care and vehicle services
• Maintain inventory of valet supplies
• Perform necessary security checks on vehicle locations
• Report any concerns related to vehicle care to the management team

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service related roles
• Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer service issues
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to remain flexible and adapt to changes in work procedures
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
