Virtual Administrative Assistant

Mulberry Schools Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team in New York, United States. As a full-time, on-site team member, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintain spreadsheets, and generate reports as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
