Are you an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant looking for a flexible remote opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and support clients across various industries, including Executive Assistance, Administration, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media, and Content Development.
About the Role
In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, ensuring the highest level of professionalism while managing multiple projects. This is a fully remote position as a W2 employee—no contractor roles here!
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients in a fast-paced environment, potentially juggling up to 10 clients at once.
Execute projects typical of an executive assistant, including marketing system management, website updates, overseeing multiple third-party platforms, content creation, and social media management.
Work independently to fulfill client projects and tasks while being proactive in seeking additional work.
Create and share daily and weekly reports for multiple clients.
Accurately track and report your time to maintain detailed accounting.
Attend regular team meetings to collaborate and share insights.
Provide client support through video meetings.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proactive and able to work independently while also contributing to a small team.
Extensive customer service experience with well-developed interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using various systems, including Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Shopify, WordPress, and project management tools.
Resourceful, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to create efficient systems and processes.
Comfortable multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive assistant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and project management software.
Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote work setting that requires clear and frequent communication.
A reliable home office setup, including a Mac or PC with high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a designated professional workspace.
